We provide expert advice and testimony to the Land and Environment Court of NSW and Planning and Environment Court of Queensland in cases taken to appeal by private clients, government agencies and local Councils. We act independently under the Expert Witness Practice Direction and on the basis of our professional judgement as to the merits of each application and brief.

We have appeared in over 120 appeal cases concerning visual impacts, heritage impacts and the aesthetic aspects of urban design, streetscape, view loss and view sharing in urban and rural landscapes.
