landscape planning

We undertake assessment of the visual and cultural landscape resources of development sites at all scales from individual lots to whole LGAs, identify visual opportunities and constraints and recommend design guidelines and strategies for potential developments.

Our reports form part of re-zoning and subdivision applications, site specific DCPs, Major Projects Concept Plan Applications, Statements of Environmental Effects and strategic studies such as Environmental Assessments, Local Environmental Studies, Rural Land Studies, Planning Structure Plans and Development Master Plans.
