view loss & view sharing

We provide pre-DA and DA stage advice regarding the potential view loss and view sharing effects of developments of yourself or others, on neighbours and on the public domain.

We work in collaboration with you, advocate with the Council and appear in the Land and Environment Court of NSW. We adopt the Tenacity Principles (Tenacity Consulting v Waringah [2004] NSWLEC 140) for the assessment and provide advice on height poles or profiles, survey information and photomontages.
