Richard is an honorary senior lecturer in the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Planning at the University of Sydney teaching within both the architecture and heritage conservation programmes. He has taught and conducted scholarly research in landscape ecology, resource management, landscape assessment, conservation methods and practices, heritage interpretation and visual perception, for a period of over 30 years. He is also the editor of the Australian and New Zealand Journal of Person Environment and Cultural Heritage called "People and Physical Environment Research".

Richard has long experience in landscape assessment, landscape heritage projects and strategic planning, has provided professional service to private clients, government instrumentalities and local councils on over 350 projects and has experience of over 150 appearances as an expert witness on heritage and landscape assessment matters in the Land and Environment Court of New South Wales.

Rebecca is a Landscape Architect with first class honours qualifications, who also has a Bachelor of Arts degree, a major in Archaeology and Aboriginal Studies, and a graduate certificate in Heritage Conservation.

Rebecca has skills and experience in landscape heritage conservation, landscape assessment and visual impact assessment. Rebecca has experience in the public sector at both state and local government levels at all scales of development within the private domain. Her experience encompasses landscape and scenic resource assessment, the preparation of heritage significance and impact assessments and the provision of specialist landscape conservation advice.

Komal Saxena BE (Civil), PG Diploma in Planning

Komal is a strategic planner with a degree in Civil Engineering and a post graduation in Planning. She has expanded the range and depth of services that the company can provide and has experience in working on jobs of varied nature and scale including landscape, visual and scenic assessment, heritage, urban design and streetscape analysis and strategic planning.
